For travel between October and April — Egypt's finest season — we advise six to nine months. Dahabiyas, the best Egyptologists and the handful of private-access permits we rely upon are finite. That said, our Cairo desk regularly assembles considered journeys at four to six weeks' notice when dates are flexible.

We design from five nights upward. There is no published minimum spend; instead we ask for an honest indication of budget at the outset so that every proposal we send is genuinely deliverable rather than aspirational.

A twenty-five percent deposit confirms all arrangements, with the balance due thirty days before arrival. Charters and festival-period travel may require earlier settlement, which we state clearly in your proposal.
